The renting process
The Green understands and appreciates that the renting process comes with complexities and generally is ex haustive, as result we have decided to streamline the process so that you can find your dream home and be ready to move in quickly. This goes hand in hand with our wealth of knowledge and expertise in addition to the vast database of properties
A few steps till you move to your new property:
1- Registering
First step is to register through one of three convenient methods; call us, walk in or online.
2- The search
Once we have a clear idea of what you are looking for we will match you with a selection of suitable properties closely matching your criteria.
3- Selected
Once you have chosen your property, you are required pay a holding deposit and provide referees and references to complete a credit reference check, once accepted will be passed on to the landlord.
4- Rental Paperwork
Once the landlord approves, a tenancy agreement is written up including any particular requirements you may have. The agreement will then be checked by the both parties and signed to signify agreement, thus starting the tenancy.
Also arrangements for an inventory are usually produced prior to the tenant moving in.
5- Completion
Prior to completion an advance rental payment is required and a rental deposit, which would be held until satisfactory inventory check out report, is produced.
